1.How To Order

Currently you can only purchase our designs either using our mail order catalogue, at jewellery parties and craft fairs.

2. Delivery

As our items are usually made to order, we usually aim to complete your order and despatch within 7 days. In the event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item which delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order. UK Delivery (Including Guernsey & Jersey)

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class postal service and are charged at a flat rate of £2.00. For each additional item please add 50p. Delivery is usually within 5-7 working days.

Delivery To The Following Countries Within EU - Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic Of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland:

All orders to any of the above countries are charged at a flat rate of £5.50. For each additional item please add 50p and will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Delivery is usually within 8 - 10 working days. Orders are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange at the time your order is processed. Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holder’s billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address outside of the UK .

Delivery To Australia, Canada, New Zealand & USA :

All orders to the above countries are charged at a flat rate of £6.50, for each additional item please add 50p and will require a signature on receipt of the goods.Orders are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your order is processed. Orders may be subject to local taxes & import charges in certain countries which must be borne by you. Maemonili cannot predict what these charges may be and recommend that you contact your local customs office for information. Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holder’s billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address outside of the UK .

3.Returns Policy

Maemonili maintains a 7 day returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (excluding postage charges) as long as they are returned to us within 7 working days of delivery. You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us. The item/s must be returned in the condition in which they were received - unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received.

Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.

It is always in the customer's interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive back with us.

For reasons of hygiene, we have a strict no returns policy on all pierced earrings including sets which include pierced earrings.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty Goods

Our products are thoroughly checked by us to ensure customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, you should contact us at sales@maemonili.co.uk and return the faulty goods within 7 working days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number, a brief explanation of the fault and whether you require a replacement or refund. If a replacement is unavailable we will automatically issue a refund for the total costs of the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@maemonili.co.uk and return the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number. We will replace any damaged goods free of charge.

Lost Goods

Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 10 days of placing your order at sales@maemonili.co.uk. We will take up the matter with Royal Mail to rectify the situation.

4.Our Responsibility

Maemonili cannot be held responsible for any disruptions to our services that are beyond our control. Whilst we will do everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service, we do not make any promise that our website or service is entirely error free. We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our products as accurately as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly from appearances online or in any brochure. Dimensions and weights shown are approximate and may vary. Maemonili cannot be held responsible for marginal differences in the products supplied.

5.Copyright & Trademarks

All content of Maemonili.co.uk including, pictures, website design , and written materials are owned, controlled or licensed by Maemonili. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and cannot be used without the permission of Maemonili.

6.Privacy Policy

Under the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict procedures and do not disclose any customer information to third parties other than for delivery purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

When you place an order we collect your contact details (name, email address and telephone number) so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order. Occasionally we may email you or send catalogues with details of special offers and new products. If you do not wish to receive this information, please email sales@maemonili.co.uk giving your name and address.
